Although Maeve Design Collective is in its infancy, the ideas and notions behind her have been brewing for over a decade. Our founder, Britt, wanted to create a collaborative studio that not only celebrated individuality, but that also gave praise and recognition for the team that it takes to create and execute projects of our caliber. From that ideology, Maeve was born with the goal of encouraging each team member to feel ownership of the brand they are helping create. Maeve, meaning “(s)he who rules”, represents beauty, strength, ambition, and joy which each and every member of our team embodies whole heartedly.

Our existence is grounded in creating spaces that are a breathtaking interpretation of our client’s personalities, while crafted with the intention to ease the stressors of every day life. Evolution is a constant in our world and our design and creativity is not immune to this. We are a team of dreamers and explorers that forage our way into new concepts and ideas, while maintaining a legendary level of grace and sophistication. These characteristics can not only be seen in our work, but felt through every thoughtfully planned detail. Our work embodies principles and methodologies to inspire warmth and craftsmanship at every turn, while gracefully lead our client’s through the construction process.

Hi, I’m Britt - Founder, Principal Designer, and Full Time Dreamer of Maeve Design Collective! After living in LA and Orange County for the last decade, my husband and our two dogs, Brixton and Willow, have found ourselves planting roots back in Southern Arizona. To say that I was meant for design is an understatement and my love for interiors, architecture, art and textiles was obvious at a very young age and my relentless love for it never ceases to amaze me. I have a particular interest in European,  design and  my hommage to my English heritage shines brightly throughout my personal aesthetic and morals. 

As someone who has been in the industry for nearly (10) years, I have graduated through the ranks of a few prestigious design firms - starting as an intern, to eventually becoming a Senior Designer at an AD100 recognized firm, to later becoming a Creative Director of a Scottsdale based design studio. I have serviced the elite on countless luxury residential projects and my span of project knowledge encompasses every nook and cranny of the design world, including international luxury residential, bespoke boutiques, and up and coming restaurants. I love the unique opportunity each project brings to the table and have created a process and experience for our clients that make the journey not only succesful, but joyful and memorable, as well. 

I am so proud to introduce our talented team of creatives and fellow dreamers. This impressive bunch has all of the vision, dedication, and passion you can imagine. I am so thankful for a team of such beautiful souls and look forward to further defining the Maeve brand alongside each and every one of them.

  • Meghan comes to the table with a natural aptitude for innovation, paired with an inspirational knack for leadership. Her New Yorker “can do” attitude runs through her veins despite moving to Arizona at a young age. You can take the girl out of New York, but you can’t take New York out of the girl! She exudes sophistication through and through, including her impressive palette for whiskey on the rocks and her first-class knowledge of all things fromage - that’s fancy for cheese for anyone wondering! However, if anyone has known Meghan for even five minutes, you’ll know her first love isn’t design, but is in fact her stirring knowledge of all things Bravo. Yup, that’s right everyone, BRAVO! She dreams of the day her and Andy Cohen are BFF’s. Andy, are you out there?

  • Katie is our resident sweetheart and hype woman. She has a gift for thrifting and creating ounces of beauty wherever she goes. She dreams of the day when she lives amongst pine trees with a house full of little ones, a well manicured garden and charming wallpaper around every corner. Her gift of connection allows the brand to broaden its reach, while dreaming of new and wondrous possibilities.

  • Nadia first joined our team as an intern while studying at Arizona State University for her Bachelors degree in Interior Design. After graduating in 2023, we knew she was a natural fit for our team and we couldn’t imagine the studio without her. Nadia, originally from Orange County, claims that her greatest personality trait is her blue Bronco, but we know that’s not true! She’s a wiz at AutoCad and creates stunning renderings that will just about knock your socks off. Her personality is fizzy and sweet, just like the Shirley Temples she’s known for making in the studio.
